You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, or use the site with a parent or guardian's permission.

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Our extensions are 100% human hair, so each batch can vary slightly in tone and texture. Colors on screen depend on your display and lighting and may differ from the hair in person. Our free color match is guidance, not a guarantee of an exact match.

We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in descriptions, images or prices at any time.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

Checkout and payment are handled securely by Shopify. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example for suspected fraud or a pricing error, and will refund any payment taken.

Shipping, returns and exchanges are covered by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy, which form part of these terms.

Extensions should be installed, worn and removed as directed. For salon methods (tape-in and weft), we recommend a trained professional. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, removal, chemical processing or care.

All content on this site, including our logo, photos, text and design, belongs to Diverse Roots Hair or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.

The site and products are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Diverse Roots Hair is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

Some places do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Diverse Roots Hair is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
