Information you give us: your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, order details, quiz answers, newsletter sign-ups, and any photos or notes you send for a color match.

Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, products added to your bag, and how you arrived at our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

Payment information is entered on Shopify's secure checkout. We never see or store your full card number.

To process and ship orders, handle exchanges, and send order and shipping updates.

To answer questions, provide color-match recommendations and customer support.

To send marketing emails when you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

To understand how our site is used, prevent fraud, and improve our products and experience.

Service providers that help us run our store, including Shopify (store, checkout and order management), payment processors, shipping carriers, email providers, and analytics providers. They may only use your information to provide services to us.

Authorities when required by law, or to protect our rights, customers or others.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Depending on where you live (for example California under the CCPA/CPRA, or the EU/UK under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the “sharing” of personal information.

We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes, and other information only as long as it is useful for the purpose collected. Color-match photos are deleted once your match is complete unless you ask us to keep them.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date shows the latest version.
