Returns & Exchanges

You may exchange unopened hair within 30 days of delivery, in its original sealed packaging with all tags attached, for a different shade, texture, length or method.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept hair that has been opened, unsealed, tried on, washed, cut, colored, styled, installed or otherwise used. Final-sale and gift card purchases are not returnable.

Email hello@diverserootshair.com with your order number and what you'd like instead. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service.

Where a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
