FAQ

When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email from our side. The email will contain a link, which can be used to track your order. We will also send a confirmation message when your order is shipped, along with the date when you can expect it to reach your doorstep.

You can only change your order if it has not been shipped yet. Once your order is shipped and you get the confirmation from us, you cannot change your order.

Generally, your order will take 24 to 48 hours to process. All Special Orders may take up 2-3 weeks for processing time. Standard delivery usually happens within 7-10 days. In case of a significant delay due to logistic concerns, we will notify you via email.

You can select your preferred mode of payment when you checkout.

  • Human hair extensions are a hygienic product and cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been used. We always take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety reasons. This is an industry standard, and other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of used items for the same reasons. No exceptions will be made. If you are unsure about the integrity of your DRHC Extensions, contact our customer support team by email at support@diverserootshair.com

Online Purchase:
Online purchases made from diverserootshair.com are valid for refund within 14 days from the receipt date (excluding items marked as FINAL SALE). All Custom Colored Hair and  orders are FINAL SALE. DRHC does not return or exchange any custom color and custom hair orders

Eligibility:
All returned or exchanged items must be in original condition, unopened, not used and undamaged with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that have been used, altered, or tampered with (i.e. brushed, combed, cut, colored, washed, etc.).

In-store purchases may only be returned or exchanged at the original location of purchase. (*location policy may vary, please contact location for more details.)

All returned items may be subject to a 40% restocking fee. If exchange item costs less than the returned item, the difference will be refunded in the form of store credit only.

Customers are responsible for Return Shipping of Exchanges.

You’ll want to begin your hair extension journey by looking for the right stylist. If you don’t have a stylist you can check our recommended stylist page to see if we have a recommended stylist in your area. 

An average head of hair takes about 1-2 packs of Diverse Roots Keratin tip hair which is about 100 -200 strands of I-Tip, U-Tip, or Flat-Tip extensions, or 2 – 4 packs of Diverse Roots Tape-In extensions. Keep in mind, these numbers depend on the length and thickness you are trying to go for. 

Used Professional Protein Free Shampoo and conditioners. Ensure that they are PH balanced (4.5-5.5 ph level) for optimal care. Use proper Oiling on your hair Extension. Brush periodically to avoid tangling. Schedule regular maintenance with your stylist.
